		<description>Good review.  I agree with your analysis.  I believe that Smith makes a number of thoughtful points, but he unnecessarily engages in either/or catagorizations.  For this reason I believe his fine book will be dismissed by some who cannot get past his reductionistic way of framing some issues.</description>

I agree that Christ crucified and risen is the key to our faith. But I also think the redemption of all creation is intended in the gospel (Col. 1), and thus part of our message involves environmental stewardship.
